Refund & Cancellation
Advance Payments
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable advance.
- This payment serves as a "Date-Blocking Fee," ensuring your slot is reserved exclusively for you.
- As this prevents other potential bookings for the same date, the advance is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation Timelines
- 30+ Days Before Event: Only the initial advance is retained; no further balance is due.
- 15–30 Days Before Event: 50% of the total package value is due as a cancellation penalty.
- Less than 15 Days Before Event: 100% of the total package value is due and non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Changes
- Rescheduling requests are subject to the artist's availability for the new date.
- If the new date is unavailable, the original booking will be treated as a cancellation according to the timelines above.
- Event dates can only be moved once; subsequent changes will require a fresh booking and advance.
Artist Emergency
- In the rare event of an artist emergency, we will provide a qualified replacement artist of similar caliber.
- If a replacement cannot be synchronized, a 100% refund (including the advance) will be issued immediately.
