Polished Protocols
Booking & Settlement
- Your date is only secured once the non-refundable 30% advance is received.
- The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the service on the event day.
- Travelling charges to the venue are billed separately.
- Final Headcount for siders must be finalized 7 days before the event. No deductions for on-day no-shows.
Logistics & Setup
- Punctuality is crucial. Any delay may compromise the planned look to stay on schedule.
- For outstation bookings, a separate room at the venue must be provided for the artist's stay and workstation.
- A dedicated setup room ensures the client's personal area remains clutter-free and relaxed.
Health & Safety
- Known skin allergies or medical conditions must be informed prior to application.
- The artist is not liable for reactions if such information was not provided in advance.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is subject to availability. Original advance is non-refundable if the new date is unavailable.
Cancellation
- 30+ days before: Advance retained as a 'date-blocking fee', no further balance due.
- 15–30 days before: 50% of the total package value is due.
- Less than 15 days before: 100% of the total package value is due.
Emergency Protocols
- Unforeseen Events (Lockdowns/Disasters): Advance held as credit for any service within 12 months.
- Artist Emergency: Qualified replacement provided or 100% refund including advance issued.

In case of government lockdowns or natural disasters, the advance is non-refundable but will be held as a credit for any service within the next 12 months.
Artist Emergency
If I am unable to attend due to an emergency, I will provide a qualified replacement artist. If no replacement is available, a 100% refund (including the advance) will be issued.
